Rardin & Carroll Architects, through
our association with specialized engineers throughout the country, provides your church with comprehensive Architectural and Engineering Support Services.  

Our staff of architects and engineering consultants provide architectural, engineering, bidding, bid negotiation and construction administration services.

As a team, we coordinate the design and construction efforts ito develop a building concept that is sensitive to time constraints as well as your budget. 

Engineering

Our standard Engineering services include
mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, fire protection, communications, electrical, acoustical and structural. Services also include developing construction drawings and specifications for obtaining bids from contractors.

Construction

Rardin and Carroll Architects, through years of experience, has established relationships with quality Christian contractors that team with us to provide complete services to the church.  When requested, we will select one of our experienced construction firms to provide a “team based” design / build package.

This team concept is developed to have separate contracts with the church in order to eliminate any potential conflict of interest between the Architect and the Contractor. This conflict of interest is a major pitfall with the traditional Design-Build concept, and is totally avoided with Rardin & Carroll. read more
